Nicole Shroff is a senior corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising on private equity, venture capital, securities law, financial regulation, and cross-border transactions. She has deep experience across India, Singapore, the UAE, and the UK, and is known for delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.

Nicole was recognised in the India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) A-List of Top International Lawyers 2026, Nicole is widely regarded for her expertise in cross-border transactions, financial regulation, and strategic legal advisory across the UAE, India, and the UK.

As co-founder of Ansh Legal, Nicole advises clients on strategic business initiatives, complex transactions, regulatory matters, fintech launches, and financial services structuring.Nicole previously served as Head of Legal, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Dunia Finance, now Deem Finance, in the UAE. She has worked closely with key regulators including the Central Bank of the UAE, ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority, and the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

She currently serves as an Independent Director of APM Capital and advises family offices on strategy, governance, and investments.Nicole is a member of the Bar Council of West Bengal and has been a registered legal consultant with Abu Dhabi Global Market since 2019.
