The User agrees that the Firm shall not be responsible or liable to any User, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the legal Service. In sum, in no event shall the Firm’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Firm, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts. The place of performance shall be the United Arab Emirates. We make no warranty or guarantee that the Website or information available over it complies with laws other than those of the UAE.
